Back to the drawing machine.
Taking a clean slate,
a clean mind.
Everything I have done
has landed me in this
current conundrum.
Best thing to do now
is let it go.
Get a good night’s sleep
and try tomorrow.
Plant a new seed
and watch it grow.
A chance to start over.
Used to judge our wealth
by land and gold,
but now we talk
in energy and nodes.
Calculating data at a pace
that lets us stretch our stride
up into space.
Sometimes in this life
we make mistakes,
but we can still take them
with some grace.
Let ourselves go,
so we can start of clean.
